In close cooperation with Zaozhuang Beihang Machine Tool Innovation Research Institute Co., LTD., Hebei Bearing Industry Technology Research Institute has successfully developed high-precision reducer bearings suitable for industrial robots and intelligent robots. The project has been launched since the beginning of 2022, and the research team composed of Dr. Cui Chuan-hui, expert Zhang Liming and our expert Lu Longfei is responsible for it. Through the in-depth research and continuous improvement of drawing design, blank forging, grinding and super finishing process, the research group has overcome a number of technical difficulties.

By September 2022, the first batch of bearing samples will be successfully trial-produced. The sample bearing has been strictly tested by Shandong Luoxiang Testing and Testing Department, and all the technical parameters have reached the preset design requirements, and has performed well in the performance test, meeting the high standard requirements for robot use. This achievement marks an important breakthrough in the field of high-precision bearings, and is of great significance for promoting the localization process of domestic robot core components.
