This research project not only significantly improves the processing pass rate of the product, from 90% to 99%, but also greatly improves the processing accuracy, and the dimensional accuracy of the bearing ring is increased from 8 microns to 3 microns. In addition, the daily production capacity has also been increased by 40%.
By upgrading old machine tools, companies can save about two-thirds of the cost without buying a new CNC machine. This transformation program not only realizes energy saving and emission reduction, but also turns the old machine tool that may have become a waste into a treasure, effectively extending the service life of the machine tool, and improving production efficiency and product quality.
