Hebei Bearing Industry Technology Research Institute is the only private non-enterprise bearing professional research and development institution in Hebei Province, which integrates bearing product research and development, trial production, testing, consulting, training and scientific research results transformation and other services. With Henan University of Science and Technology, Yanshan University, Luoyang Shaft Research Technology, Luoyang Jiuzheng Seiko Bearing Co., LTD., jointly carried out the production, learning and research service platform, and determined the development goal of "relying on science and technology, pursuing the frontier, leading the industry, achieving win-win situation".

The professional team of Hebei Bearing Industry Technology Research Institute is composed of a technical and R & D team including 5 professor-level senior engineers and 12 senior engineers.
