The China Tengzhou International Machine Tool Functional Components Exhibition was held as scheduled from October 31st to November 3rd. Our institute dispatched three technical personnel to attend the exhibition specially, with a clear core goal: focusing on the problem of machine tool manufacturers’ dependence on imported bearings and providing targeted domestic substitution solutions on site.

On October 15th, a 4-member delegation led by Professor Tang Wenxian (Professor of Beijing City University and former Director of CCID Research Institute) and Professor Liu Zhigao (Senior Expert of the Chinese Academy of Sciences) visited our institute, where a special exchange was held focusing on the “14th Five-Year Plan” and the integrated development of the bearing industry with emerging fields. Guo Jinjie, President of our institute, led his team in warmly receiving the delegation. Liu Gang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Linxi County Development and Reform Bureau, accompanied the visit throughout. The three parties (government, enterprises, and our institute) centered on practical needs and conducted in-depth discussions on new directions for industrial development.

In the field of machine tool manufacturing, high-precision bearings can be called the “heart” of machine tools, and their performance directly affects the machining accuracy, stability and service life of machine tools. For a long time, domestic machine tool manufacturers have been highly dependent on imports for high-end bearings, which is not only high in cost but also unstable in the supply cycle, which seriously restricts the development of enterprises and the improvement of market competitiveness. In order to break through this dilemma, Hebei Bearing Industry Technology Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Bearing Research Institute) has successfully launched a series of high-precision supporting bearing sets to meet the strict needs of the machine tool industry, with stable accuracy above P4 level, and excellent stability and durability during high-speed operation. The quality of these products meets or even exceeds the imported similar standards, realizes the localization of key bearings, and breaks the international monopoly.

 In the first half of 2025, in the face of the market’s strict requirements for bearing product performance and the diversified trend of customization needs, our R&D team adheres to the core of innovation and always maintains a tackling attitude. It has continued to make breakthroughs in key links such as material selection, structural optimization, and accuracy improvement, and has successively overcome a number of technical bottlenecks and common problems in the industry. From the repeated deduction of scheme design, to the parameter polishing in hundreds of test iterations, to the precise verification of finished products, each link condenses the wisdom of R&D personnel. With hard-core technical strength, on the basis of the original related series of bearing products, our institute has successfully launched a variety of new customized bearing products, accurately matching the needs of special scenarios in various industries.

On April 15, the 10th National Security Education Day arrived as scheduled, and this year’s theme is “The 10th Anniversary of National Security Education for All”. National security is the cornerstone of national development and the guarantee of a happy life for each of us. In order to thoroughly implement the overall national security concept and enhance the national security awareness of all employees, our hospital has carried out a series of unique publicity and education activities.

Urbanization is the inevitable path to modernization, an important way to solve problems in agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, a powerful support for promoting regional coordinated development, and an important lever for expanding domestic demand and promoting industrial upgrading. To deepen the implementation of the people-oriented new urbanization strategy, this action plan is formulated in accordance with the National New Urbanization Plan (2021-2035).

In order to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee on July 30, implement the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other departments, strengthen the communication between the association and member units, and understand the operation status of key equipment manufacturing enterprises in Chengde City, from July 30 to August 1, Chen Jianmin, President of the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Li Yumin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Zhou Dapeng, Secretary-General and other comrades, successively went to Chengde County Jinlong Conveyor, Chengde High-tech Zone Rehe Crony Instrument, Suken Galaxy Connecting Rod and Shuangluan District Xinxin Machinery Co., Ltd. visited and investigated, during which 4 symposiums were held and in-depth exchanges were conducted with the heads of 19 enterprises.

Through the directed investigation and investigation of relevant enterprises, we can further understand the production situation and development trend of industrial robot bearings and other related products.
